Insurance and Payment
We accept many commercial, Medicaid and Medicare plans managed by Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Optima, United Health and Virginia Premier. We recommend you check with your plan to confirm we are in their network prior to scheduling
Our Self-pay charges are based on standard Medicare fee scale (see above)
You will be asked to provide a credit or debit card when you register as a new patient. All major credit cards, including HSA (health savings account) cards are accepted.
